3. Drop off
Book a one-hour slot and bring your wrapped pallets by truck. We fork them off, label and photograph each one.

Questions
Things people ask before they store with us.
Is there a lock-in contract?
No. SheStores is week to week. You can add pallets any time, and when you want to finish, give us one week's notice and collect your pallets by the end date.
What does it cost?
1–4 pallets is $25 per pallet per week, 5–10 pallets is $20, and 11 or more is $15, all ex GST. The rate applies to all your pallets. Fork-on/fork-off is $4.50 per pallet each time a pallet is moved (drop-off, each access and final pickup). Each pallet is charged a minimum of one week.
How will I know my stock is okay?
Every pallet gets a sticker with your client code and is photographed from four sides when it arrives, each time it's accessed and when it leaves. That gives you a dated record of how each wrapped pallet looked.
How do I get to my stock?
Book a one-hour slot, Monday to Friday between 9am and 5pm. Our operator has your pallets ready. You can cancel or change a booking for free up to 24 hours before.
What can't I store?
We don't accept flammable, dangerous, perishable, temperature-sensitive or illegal goods. If you're not sure about something, ask us before you book in.
How do I pay?
Weekly by direct debit through GoCardless. Storage is billed a week in advance, and any handling from the past week is on the same invoice.
Do you pick up or deliver?
No. You bring your pallets to us by truck, and collect them the same way. We handle everything once it's at our gate.
