How it works
Drop off, we photograph, you book access.
You bring your wrapped pallets to Alexandria by truck. We fork them off, label and photograph each one, and keep them safe until you need them.
1. Open your account
Complete our online form with your business details, accept the storage terms, and set up weekly direct debit securely with GoCardless. We'll confirm your account and your client code.
2. Book your drop-off
Choose a one-hour slot, Monday to Friday. Slots start on the hour from 9am, with the last slot at 4pm. Bring your pallets pre-packed and wrapped on a truck, tautliner, flatbed or courier van.
3. Labelled and photographed
Each pallet gets a sticker with your client code and number (for example ABC1, ABC2), and is photographed from all four sides. Photos are repeated every time a pallet is accessed and when it leaves.
4. Access when you need it
Book a slot and tell us which pallets you need. Our operator has them ready. You'll get a reminder 48 hours before and on the morning of your booking.
Bookings and cancellations
- ✓One-hour slots, Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm.
- ✓Cancel or change for free more than 24 hours before your slot.
- ✓Late cancellations, bookings made inside 24 hours and no-shows are charged the normal $4.50 per pallet, because the pallets are prepared.
- ✓Arrive at a different slot on the same day and you're only charged once.
What we don't accept
To keep everyone's stock safe, we don't store:
- Flammable or combustible goods
- Dangerous or hazardous goods
- Perishables
- Temperature-sensitive goods
- Illegal goods
We don't open or inspect your pallets. You confirm what's on them when you sign up, and you keep your own insurance for the goods.
Billing
Each client has their own billing day: the weekday of your first drop-off. Storage is billed a week in advance, and any fork-on/fork-off handling from the past week is listed on the same invoice, with the date and pallet.
Payment is taken automatically by direct debit through GoCardless. Your bank details go straight to GoCardless and are never stored by SheStores.
We only do storage
SheStores doesn't pick up or deliver, pick and pack, handle loose cartons or unload containers. That's how we keep the price simple and the service fast.
