We only release pallets to people you authorise. Add anyone besides the main contact who may drop off or collect. You can change this later by emailing us.

Your storage

This sets your weekly billing day. We'll confirm the exact slot with you.

Terms and declarations

Fees

  • Storage per pallet per week, ex GST: $25 for 1–4 pallets, $20 for 5–10, $15 for 11 or more. The rate is set by the number of pallets in storage on your billing day and applies to all of them. A new rate applies from your next billing day.
  • Fork-on/fork-off fee: $4.50 ex GST per pallet for each drop-off, each access and the final pickup.
  • GST of 10% is added to every invoice.

Billing and payment

  • Your billing day is the weekday of your first drop-off. Storage is billed weekly in advance; handling from the past week is billed on the next invoice.
  • Each pallet is charged a minimum of one full week. A pallet added mid-cycle is charged pro rata to your next billing day.
  • Payment is by weekly direct debit through GoCardless. Prepaid storage is not refundable.
  • If a direct debit fails, we'll contact you and retry after 3 days. If the retry fails, access to your goods is paused until the account is paid.

Bookings

  • Drop-offs, access and pickups are booked in one-hour slots, Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm.
  • Cancel or change a booking free of charge more than 24 hours before the slot. Later cancellations, bookings made inside 24 hours and no-shows are charged $4.50 per pallet booked.

Your goods

  • We don't open or inspect pallets. You must not store flammable, dangerous, perishable, temperature-sensitive or illegal goods.
  • You keep ownership of your goods and must insure them for full replacement value. SheStores does not insure your goods.
  • We photograph the outside of each wrapped pallet at drop-off, access and pickup. Photos record the outside of the pallet, not its contents.
  • Goods are released only to you and the people you authorise.

Ending

  • There's no lock-in contract. Either of us can end the arrangement with one week's written notice, and you collect all pallets by the end date.

These key terms form part of the SheStores storage agreement, which we'll email you to sign before your first drop-off. If anything in the agreement differs from this summary, the agreement applies.

Direct debit

Weekly payments are collected by GoCardless

SheStores never asks for or stores your bank details. Once we've approved your account, we'll email a secure GoCardless link to the accounts contact. You enter your bank details on GoCardless's own page and authorise the weekly direct debit there. Your first drop-off is booked once the direct debit is set up.

Defaults to your accounts contact.

Please don't type bank account numbers anywhere on this form. They're only entered on GoCardless's secure page.
